The UNIMAS Clinic is located at Lower Ground Floor, Student Affairs and Alumni Building in West Campus. This unit provides medical and healthcare services to all UNIMAS staff and students. Currently, the clinic is managed by 2 doctors, 5 nurses, one pharmacist and 7 experienced support staff. The clinic provides outpatient treatments to UNIMAS students, staff and staff family members (qualified family member only).

To obtain a student visa successful applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient funds to support themselves throughout their study in Malaysia.
As prospective students you must produce the following documents as proof of your ability to support yourself:
An affidavit of financial support plus a confidential bank statement from yourself, a relative or personal sponsor showing that sufficient funds are available to support your studies at UNIMAS.
A sponsorship letter from a government agency, organization or institution who will support you financially until the completion of your studies.
The documents stated above are needed once you have received a formal offer from UNIMAS.
The relevant forms and other related documents that you need to fill in and submit together would be sent to you in the offer package.
Note: UNIMAS presently does not provide any form of scholarship or financial aid to international undergraduate students.
Note: International students are allowed to work part-time up to 20 hrs per week while studying full-time in Malaysia subjected to immigration conditions. However, this source of income would not be able to fully finance their studies at UNIMAS.

|Alumni Details||Student Affairs and Alumni Division (BHEPA) was established in October, 2002, led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni). It acts as an intermediary between students and the administration. It started in 1993 as the Centre for Student Development. The restructuring of the organisation took place in 2002 in line with the formation of the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni). Consequently, the Centre for Student Development became 2 separate bodies namely Student Affairs and Alumni Division and Centre for Student Development.
Student Affairs and Alumni Division is responsible in providing various services and facilities for students such as accommodation, cultural and sports facilities, health services and financial support. It is also responsible in creating conducive environment to facilitate student learning.
